::What you'll need::

PSP X
Photo of your choice.
Font of your choice.

|frame,buttons,stitches,flower border,tagback|

All supplies in this tutorial were all made by me.
The photo I'm using is of the sexy legend Marilyn Monroe.

Open up everything in your PSP.

Open a new transparent image 550x450.
Floodfill with white.

Go to the brown tagback, copy & paste as new layer.

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
V & H 2, O 47, B 5, C black

Go to the flower border, copy & paste as a new layer.
Apply the same drop shadow.
Place the border on edge of either side of the tagback. I chose the left.

Now, go to the beaded frame, copy & paste as a new layer.
Apply the same drop shadow.
This should be in the middle of your tagback.

Go to the photo you're using, copy & paste as a new layer.
You might need to resize it to get what you want to show inside the frame.

Layers/Arrange/Move Down
Position your photo to your liking.
Take your Eraser Tool & erase all the excess photo outside of the frame.

You'll notice I included 2 buttons in the supplies.
I decided to make you a blank button in case you wanted to do your own thing with text, etc. to it.
I used the heart button. Or you can use both. Up to you. :)
Copy & paste button as a new working layer.
Apply same drop shadow.

Layers/Arrange/Move Up

Place button where you like. I placed mine at the top right.
I resized the blank button by 50%, sharpened, then placed it under the other button & frame.
Time to add stitches to your button.
I made 2 stitches for you to play with.
I used the bunch of stitches to attach my button.
Copy & paste stitches as a new working layer.
Layers/Duplicate
Now place the stitches on each side of the button.
Look at finished tag for reference.

Time to make your tag unique.
Add brushes, glitter, wordart, etc...
Or enjoy it like it is. :)

Add your text, copyright info (if needed).


When you're done, merge all layers, crop tag & save your creation!!
